About the cards
- Cards are printed on coated 255gsm boards.
  Most designs have foiled highlights.
  Your greeting and any other details including the charity logo
  are printed on the inside of the card. All materials used are
  from sustainable sources.

- Charity Greeting Cards has been a publisher of Greeting Cards since
  1999. Our Tagline is : Supporting Charities with everything we do!
  Every single card that is sold by our company supports Charity.
  We are very proud that we have donated in excess of $4 million dollars to Charity.
  40c from the sale of every card purchased on this website,
  goes to the charity of your choice.
Blank Cards
- Blank Cards are available (there will be no message printed in the card) -
  we will however, always print the logo of your chosen charity in black and white
  on the inside cover page prior to despatch.
  NB: We do not recommend printing anything else on blank cards using a laser printer or digital printing press, as the charity logo will be reheated and possibly be transferred onto other areas of the card.
  ** Blank cards are already discounted - no further discounts apply.
Browser Compatability
- For the fastest experience on our website, we recommend Chrome. Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari will still work perfecty, but will be a little slower.
Change Charity
- If you would like to change the Charity that you would like to support and are unable to do so,
  when you are in the personalise section of the website, on the left hand side there is a TAB 'Any special Instructions?'
  Please make a note of the name of the new Charity that you would like
  to support and we shall make the change and email a new proof back to you, once you place your order.

Change Greeting
- You can remove the greeting that is there, or select an alternative, or insert
  your own, by rolling your mouse over the tab on the left hand side
  "Select a greeting or write you own" - This will reveal the 3 available options:
  Select a Fancy Greeting or Select a Text Greeting or Write Your Own Greeting.
Delivery
- Despatch is usually within 3 working days, subject to proof approval,
  but is often sooner.
  You can check your order status by selecting My Order in the
  header tab. You will be notified by email when your order
  leaves our factory. You can expect delivery within the next 48 hours (except if you live in Whoop Whoop)
  – sooner if you are in Sydney.
  Deliveries are made by courier so we require a physical address.
  We are unable to deliver to PO BOX's.
  Deliveries are not made on Saturdays or Sundays.

Envelopes
- All card orders are supplied with crisp white peel & seal 100gsm envelopes
  – there are 52 envelopes supplied with every 50 cards.
  Mistakes happen! So if you need additional envelopes, let us know,
  and as long as you don't need thousands, we will happily send you
  replacements, free of charge! We are here to look after you!
Fonts or Typestyles
- You can select any of the 12 fonts available.
  We do of course, have hundreds of fonts in our library.
  If you have a special request, just let our team know through
  the special instructions section and we shall do our best to
  accommodate you!
Greetings
- You can select from one of our standard greetings or write your own.
  Please type as you would like it to appear i.e. caps, upper and lower
  case and with the line breaks in the correct place.
  You can preview and change the layout on the Personalisation page.
Guarantee
- We are confident in the quality of our product and service.
  If you feel that your order does not meet your expectations in any way,
  your cards will be replaced. If we have made an error, we will reprint at
  no cost to you. Should a reprint be necessary due to customer error,
  the cards will be reprinted at 80% of the original cost.
  If we are unable to rectify your order to your satisfaction, we shall refund
  100% of your money.
Logos
- You can attach your logo to your order when you personalise your cards.
  If you do not have your logo available at the time of placing your order,
  you can email your logo to logos@charitygreetingcards.com.au as soon
  as you have it available.
  Please state your company name in the subject line of the email.
  
  To achieve a good quality printed result it is important that digital logos are
  supplied in TIFF, EPS, PDF or BMP formats as high resolution files of at least
  300dpi. JPG files are only acceptable as a high resolution file of at least 300dpi.
  The best logo for us is an EPS.
  
  JPGS from websites are usually low resolution and therefore not suitable.
  Anything less than 300dpi will produce a poor quality printed result.
  We can only print to the quality of the logo supplied.
MAC Compatibility
- Our Website is Mac Compatible and works beautifully with Firefox,
  Chrome, Safari and Internet Explorer
Payment
- All prices are inclusive of GST.
  Payment can either be made by EFT, Cheque, Visa, MasterCard or AMEX.
  (30 day terms are available for all corporate orders)
Personalisation
- We can print in either black or full colour.
  You can preview and see a proof on the Personalisation page
  before you order. Please ensure you have typed accurately, ensuring
  all the spelling and punctuation is correct as this will be followed exactly.
  We will always send a proof through to you for final approval, so don't worry!
Prices and Quotes
- Minimum order is 50 cards.
  
  Overprinting or personalisation prices are calculated based on the quantity
  plus whether they are in black or full colour.
  
  Online quotes are available on the My Selection page alongside the selected card.
  Just select the options you require in the Personalisation screens and the quote
  will automatically update. You can go back at anytime before you place your order
  to amend or change any part of your order which will then automatically update
  your quote so you know the quote on the screen is the correct price.
Proofs
- We will always send a final proof upon receipt of your order, just so you can check
  that there are no spelling mistakes and that the layout is exactly the way you
  want it. We are happy to send you additional proofs if required.
Proofs
- Please note that the letters "l" and "i" sometimes appear bolded on the proofs. These will print correctly and for your own peace of mind, please print the proof on your printer to see the result.
Quantities
- Minimum quantity per design is 50 cards.
  
  You can personalise your cards for an additional charge based upon
  colour choice. Just click the PERSONALISE link next to your chosen
  card in the 'My Cards' Section.

Remove From Everyone at line
- To remove the line that contains "From everyone at .... "
  Simply click on the line, and a window will pop up on the left hand side
  of the page.
  In this window is a delete button,click on the delete button
  or you can delete the words in the window,
  or you can update this line with any text that you wish.
Rich Greetings
- Rich Greetings is a term we use to describe verses that are quite elaborate with
  more than one font and may have pictures of snowman or holly included with them.
  The fonts can not be changed, or scaled in size. Should you wish to amend the
  font, please include this in your special instructions.
Signatures
- Signatures can be printed on your cards for an additional charge of
  $20.00 per 10 signatures. You can add as many signatures as you
  wish providing they all fit.
  
  Please supply the signatures written in black fine texta on UNTEXTURED
  white paper. We will arrange them in the most suitable layout. You will
  not be able to preview signatures online when you place an order, however,
  a proof will be emailed to you within 24 hours after we receive your signatures.

Viewing Proofs
- You can view and print your proof at actual size by clicking the link called
  "View Print Ready Proof". They will open a PDF version of your proof in Acrobat Reader.
  
  If you do not have Acrobat Reader on your PC, you can download it for free
  by clicking on the link on the Personalisation page.
  
  You can enlarge your proof in Acrobat Reader to see it more clearly by using
  the + and – buttons in the control bar.
  
  You can print a copy of your personalisation from Acrobat Reader. It will print
  out at approximately 90% of actual size, depending on your printer settings.
